Cooking Class: Round 2

Since we had so much fun at our first cooking class we decided to do it again but a little more traditional this time, so we chose Tuscan pizza and gelato. It was so much fun, I actually enjoyed making my own dinner. We had a couple from Australia, a man from China, and sisters from America but living in Dubai. But I think the six of us were the loudest and most outgoing of the group, especially since we already knew our instructor Alessandro.

My handmade, very fresh pizza.
 Rolling out the dough.
Alessandro getting our pizzas out of the super-oven. (575 degrees for 6 minutes.)
 All done and very tasty.

Our handmade Gelato and strawberry sorbet, with fresh chocolate biscotti.

This time at dinner we got wine! So between the six of us after polishing off out three bottles, our friends left and we polished off the rest of their three. By now we were feeling pretty good and had to take some stupid pictures.

And my personal favorite the gravity is to heavy sorority pose.
