Tonight was our well awaited Italian cooking class. After spending sometime sketching the ponte vecchio bridge at sunset we headed across to this little kitchen down a back alley.
After given these little numbers we were ready to cook.
We started off with eggplant sandwiches. (Eggplant, zucchini, onion, carrots, potatoes, rosemary, garlic, and basil).
Then made homemade ravioli.
Then we finished it off with tiramisu.
Our dining room for the night.
On the way home we got an amazing view of the moon rising over ponte vecchio.
